Who is competing at the FC Pro World Championship?

The inaugural FC Pro World Championship pits the best EA SPORTS FC™ players in the world against each other as they battle for the ultimate glory and a huge slice of the $1 million dollar prize pool.

32 elite FC players will travel to the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin, Germany, on July 11-13 for the competition the FC Pro schedule has been building towards since the FC Pro Open earlier this year.

With so much on the line for each competitor, this is one incredible tournament that the FC community will not want to miss. Fans can buy a ticket and watch the action live by clicking HERE.

Key matchups

Group A will be fascinating for fans as there is no clear favourite to top the group. Anders Vejrgang, NachoAbella and GuiBarros10 all finished as runner-ups in their respective competitions, so which one will step-up during the biggest competition of the season?

eSerie A champion HezerS and LA LIGA FC PRO winner Nicolas99fc will be the most intriguing match-up from Group B. Both have proven themselves to be two of the best in the world, so who will come out on top when they collide?

Group C features a fascinating battle between PHzin and Jafonso. PHzin secured his entry in a dominant fashion by winning the FC Pro Open and Jafonso earned his spot with a dominant 6-0 win over K1John in the eMLS Cup.

Group D will see legendary Australian player Mark11 take on K1john and Montaxer to see who will make it to the next stage. All three competitors are dangerous so it could go down to the final Group Stage match-up to determine who will go through.

Arguably the toughest group of them in the tournament, Group E has KPN eDivisie winner Levi de Weerd, ePremier League champion Bonanno and CONMEBOL eLibertadores winner NathanSR22 competing against each other.

Bonanno has victories over both players, with two wins over Levi in 2024 and one win against Nathan in 2020. Can he maintain his hot streak against the two during the FC Pro World Championship Group stage?

ePremier League champion Tekkz will be extremely keen to get some payback against fellow Group F competitor Abu Makkah after he suffered a defeat to him during their first encounter last year. Not only will a win against the eSPL champion provide some revenge, but it’ll also get him closer to making it to the next round.

There’s an exciting matchup in Group F as ManuBachoore will take on Levyfinn. Both players have had some success this year, reaching the latter stages of the tournaments they’ve competed in. However, they’ll need to find a way to win their bout if they want to ensure their spot in the Knockout Stage.

SC Paderborn 07’s Jonny has had an incredible season, having won the VBL domestic double and the eChampions League. However, he faces a tricky task when he comes up against last year’s eCL champion Emre Yilmaz in Group H.

FC Pro World Championship Play-Ins

Prior to the main competition kicking off, the FC Pro World Championship Play-Ins will take place on July 10.
